Estimates and Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates based on initial inspections. While we strive for accuracy, hidden structural issues discovered during the course of work may require additional materials or labor. We will always consult with you before proceeding with any additional work not covered in the original quote.

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide guarantees on our workmanship and materials as specified in your contract. These guarantees do not cover damage caused by severe weather events (acts of God), subsequent alterations by third parties, or failure to perform basic maintenance.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your specific contract. Generally, a deposit may be required for large projects (such as full roof replacements) before work commences, with the balance due upon completion and your satisfaction.
